|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Neighborhood is quiet, property is well maintained, rent is very reasonable. The only complaint I have is that you have to shovel your own sidewalk in the winter and my neighbor who shares the sidewalk with me chooses to just wade through the snow instead of trying to help keep the sidewalk clear.

|Recommended: NoMeh — Neighbors are super friendly, everyone looks out for each other. I loved my little one bedroom apt, but hated that rent went up every year. It got to the point that I could no longer afford it and had to move out. I guess that's how they get ya though.

|Recommended: YesAffordable and clean — It just depends on who your neighbors are no different from any other apartment community. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance are pretty timely and office staff are polite and helpful.
|Recommended: YesTownhome — I like living here but the neighbors across the road always throw parties and its loud and annoying. Plus they take up our entire parking lot and our dumpster. The neighbors on either side you can here them constantly running up and down the stairs. But overall I liked living here.

|Recommended: YesFirst Impressions — The property is very nice and the lawn upkeep is exceptional. The only faults I can find, or hear, is that I can hear my neighbors walking around their units due to squeaky floors.
|Recommended: YesNice layout, but left dirty. — I love the layout, and our new home. Only thing that bothered us moving in is the townhouse was not cleaned properly and a few things were still damaged. Would recommend to a friend just hope the cleaning company can do a little better job in the future

|Recommended: YesGood Apartment Complex — More than an acceptable place to live with fair pricing. Just be aware that you will be able to hear neighbors faintly through the walls but nothing to be unexpected when sharing jointing walls.
