|Recommended: YesProperty is a nice place to live. — Muskegon Townhouses is a nice place to live because the community feels like a comfortable place to be. The lawncare is always on time, there are kids outside playing, and no noise outside late at night. Maintenance responds within a timely manner for the most part. Management does well at being efficient when it comes to communication. For the most part, this is a good place to live for any age.

|Recommended: YesVery nice — I really enjoy my apartment at Muskegon Townhouses. I can hear the neighbor's kids running up and down the stairs which is the only real complaint I have but overall it is quiet. Barely any outside noise, loud cars, etc. The neighborhood is quiet. Everybody is nice and polite. So far it's the best apartment complex I've lived in and the rates are very reasonable.
|Recommended: YesIts a nice place — I like the Layouts and the space that I have I do have a few issues though mainly the pet policy you allow cats but not dogs which makes no sense at all and the older homes specifically the floors , doors, and bathrooms could use a touch up lots of scraps on the floors and the bathrooms have dated plumbing for the shower and bath
but seriously Dogs and Cats should both be allowed

We had a few plumbing issues but they were fixed well and in a decent time frame. You can hear the neighbors but that is expected with the closeness. Overall enjoy our apartment and would recommend to others.

|Recommended: YesTownhouses — I enjoy living here, it's peaceful and quiet for the most part. My neighbor smokes and when they do, I can sometimes smell it in my kitchen.
